Meet the Chef/Founder
Daniele Uditi is a Naples-born chef and master pizzaiolo based in Los Angeles, best known for his work at Pizzana. Raised in a deeply culinary family in Southern Italy, he began working with dough at a young age before refining his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010, Daniele developed his signature slow-fermented dough and a style of cooking rooted in tradition while inspired by California’s seasonal produce. His work blends the warmth of Italian home cooking with precision and restraint, earning widespread acclaim since Pizzana’s opening in 2017.
Chef/Partner Mason Royal
Chef Daniele Uditi is joined in the kitchen by Chef and partner Mason Royal, a West L.A. native known for his modern approach to comfort food rooted in his Jewish heritage. With a background leading top L.A. kitchens and restaurant openings like Broad Street Oyster Co. and the Original Cannabis Cafe, Mason brings creativity, soul, and a passion for team development that has helped drive the success of numerous acclaimed restaurant groups. Currently, Mason is teaming up with Nancy Silverton and Phil Rosenthal to bring a classic diner to Hancock Park. Max and Helen’s has quickly become one of the hottest reservations in Los Angeles.

What is the cost?
The Lele Dinner Club experience is priced at $245 per person, excluding gratuity. The price includes the full dining experience and a selection of thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverages. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine if they wish; no alcohol is sold or served by the host. The dinner is hosted at a secret location in the West Adams area, with the address shared with guests 72 hours in advance.
Seating Arrangement
Our tables are set for groups of four, inspired by the spirit of Chef Daniele’s family restaurant in Naples. There, meals are about more than just the dishes themselves — they’re about bringing people together. We embrace that same energy by encouraging guests to sit together, share stories, and enjoy the experience as a community. It’s a big part of what makes our dinners so special. To guarantee a private table for your group, please book a full party of four.
Dietary Restrictions
We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible, though we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to in all cases. If you have specific needs, please reach out to us in advance so we can explore options.
What times are your reservations?
This immersive dining experience lasts two and a half hours, Friday/Saturdays 7-9:30 PM and Sundays/Mondays 6 or 6:30-8:30 PM. Dates may vary.We kindly ask that you arrive on time.
Do you provide wine/alcohol?
Alcohol is not sold, provided, or served at Lele Dinner Club. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine for personal enjoyment during the dinner. Wine glasses are available upon request. We offer a rotating selection of thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverages designed to complement the menu and enhance the dining experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our dining experience is thoughtfully curated for an intimate setting, and each reservation plays a vital role in creating a seamless evening for all guests. Due to the personalized nature of the experience and limited seating, last-minute cancellations can significantly disrupt our planning and impact others.
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a $150 per person cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full price per person.
As demand is high and seats are limited, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible—and no later than 72 hours prior—if you need to adjust or cancel your reservation.
